Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will be shipped via USPS at this time. Orders are shipped usually via USPS First Class or Priority depending on weight and distance. Please make sure that the address provided during the check-out process is the address you want your purchase shipped to. Our orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, but please be mindful of high volume, the current pandemic, and post office delays. Many of our products are made to order, so the processing time will sometimes vary. You will remain notified of any changes or updates we have.

 

We only ship within the U.S. and its territories at this time. We do not ship internationally. This will change in the future as we expand to a more global customer base.

 

Tracking information will be provided via the email address provided at checkout once your items are shipped. You can email sweetopulence@yahoo.com to inquire about shipping information at any time.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns as we take great pride in producing the highest quality products available. Slight variations from product to product are considered part of the unique nature of the handcrafted, small-batch process and are to be expected. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us at sweetopulence@yahoo.com within 7 days of receipt of your purchase in order to resolve.

Damages from shipping or defective products must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Please forward a photograph of the damaged and/or defective product with full description to sweetopulence@yahoo.com in order for the issue to be resolved.

 

Refunds are not an option at this time, due to the nature of the products being purchased in a made to order manner. Many high-quality ingredients go into the creation of our products, and we do not resell any item that has been opened by a customer. By purchasing our products you agree that you are knowledgeable about the safe, appropriate storage and use of the products that you purchase. However, we do offer store credit, so if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us at sweetopulence@yahoo.com within 7 days of receipt of order so that we can resolve any issues. We aim to keep our customers satisfied and returning as loyal customers.
